I believe that if you want to change your life + shift your mindset, it takes time and repetition. When you start your journey by journaling you are creating a healthy habit into your new routine.

You'll have to answer these honestly to get the full transformation.
With the last month you will be in an amazing routine with your journaling + you'll find some surprise activities + some pages from month 1+2.
This is a magical journal to really explore your thoughts. Journaling for 3 months won't fix your mindset like that, you have to continuously work on your mind to grow into the beautiful sole you are. By the end of the 3 months you'll be ready to move onto the next stage journal where you can freely write every thought, feeling + experience. You'll be a pro at up levelling your life, prioritising your needs + giving yourself lots of self love after 3 months.
